Before you arrive.
How do appointments work?+
Select a service, practitioner, date, and available time. Your appointment is a request until the team confirms it. Manage the request using the private link provided.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Use the private appointment link to cancel, then choose a new time. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. After the online cutoff, contact the practice directly.
Do I need to share medical details online?+
No. Keep medical history, medication lists, and photographs out of website forms. Discuss these privately with your clinician.
